This was our second time staying at this property, and overall it was still a decent experience with a few things to note. The location is definitely a strong point—it’s very convenient, with a mall, market, and church all nearby. There’s also a laundromat downstairs, which is helpful since the unit doesn’t have a washer connection, though it does mean you’ll need to go downstairs to get it laundry. There were a few minor issues during our stay. Some small details like paint touch-ups could improve the overall feel of the place. We were also a bit surprised that there was an extra charge to use the stovetop. Additionally, the bathroom had a noticeable smell when we arrived; however, we appreciate that the host responded quickly and had it cleaned right away, which resolved the issue. Overall, it’s a convenient place to stay and the host was responsive when concerns came up, but a few improvements could make the experience even better

We felt right at home and enjoyed the not so crowded part of Baguio. It was so cozy, clean, and a lot cooler than being in the city center. The place is also walking distance to Wright Park and The Mansion (at least for us 😅). We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Ms. Trice’s Airbnb! The unit was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared with everything we needed. The location was convenient, and the overall ambiance made it feel like a home away from home. Ms. Trice was also very accommodating and responsive throughout our stay. Highly recommende, we would definitely book again!

We had a great time spending our weekend at Rest Easy! The place looks exactly like the photos in the listing. There were no foul odors on the surfaces from cleaning, and everything was organized, neat, and tidy. We especially loved the water filter—it meant one less thing to worry about during our stay! It was so cozy, and we will definitely be back to relive the memories.

I had a wonderful stay! The unit is beautifully designed with very aesthetic interiors and high-quality linens that made for a comfortable sleep. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like the complimentary tea, coffee, and basic toiletries. The internet is very fast and reliable, and for the most part, the environment is peaceful and quiet. Highly recommended for the design and comfort!

We really loved the room we stayed in for 3 days. First of all, it was very beautiful, from the bed and sofa to the overall design. It felt relaxing the moment you walked in. It was also very clean and smelled nice. They were very kind and quick to respond whenever we had questions or needed anything. In all the years we’ve been staying in rental rooms annually, this is the one I can say is the best for us. There’s nothing negative to say. This will definitely be our go-to place every time we come home to the Philippines. We’ve stayed at many condos/Airbnbs in Manila, and what really stood out here was how pleasant everyone was, from the guards to the building staff. I know that’s beyond the host’s control, but it truly makes a difference in the overall experience. The unit itself was spacious enough for our family and all our luggage, with a lovely view to top it off. The host was responsive, and we appreciated the mid-week cleaning. The location is incredibly convenient!! Just a 5-minute walk to SM, plus plenty of food options, a spa, nail salons, a bakery, and even laundry services right outside the building. Everything you could possibly need is within reach. For future stays, it would be great to have a flat iron, as well as a vacuum and mop. Overall, great amenities and excellent value for money. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back!

We always enjoy staying at Grass Residences. However, this 3BR/2Ba residence was perfect for our needs. It’s always difficult to book a good 3BR/2Ba residence but this is one residence on my top 3 residence to rebook. Thanks Trice!

Comfortable accommodations, well appointed kitchen and bathroom, great view, close to the mall and restaurants/food trucks across the street. Easy check in and great communication with the friendly owner/management and cleaning lady.
