Well-maintained and well-equipped property, located on the 38th floor of one of the towers. The shopping mall connected to the residence complex is quite convenient. In the past there used to be a direct connection to the MRT as well, but unfortunately this is gone. The area on the opposite side has great local vibes, with eateries, street food and a small church.

Beautifully designed home with a great aesthetic. Clean, cozy, and very inviting. Check-in was easy and the instructions were clear and detailed. The house is fully equipped with complete household items and the kitchen has everything you need, making our stay very convenient and comfortable. We also loved that they have their own parking space. Highly recommended!

It was like staying in a modern apt with a mountain log cabin vibe with the decorations... I recommend bringing ground coffee, milk/cream & cocoa powder to use their French press and make delicious Mochas to wrap up warm and sit on their balcony! Really enjoyed this too because a 11 minute walk to Wright Park where you can rent Baguio cloths for ₱50 and have the Opportunity to horse ride for ₱900! Should have booked longer 😄

I stayed here Feb2-7, I had a late night flight arrival and I was so glad that they respond during that hour (10pm). They easily confirmed my reservation and send me the details for check in. Ate Judy was waiting for me at the lobby to assist. She showed me the room amenities and perks. I had a great stay, especially sleep, during my stay. The host and housekeeper were both responsive and accommodating. I will surely recommend their place to my family and friends. I had a week long stay and it was truly comfortable. They have strong wifi, I manage to do my work. They have Netflix and Disney+ which I also love. The best part are the pillows and linen, (I even took photos of the tag, as I am planning to buy the same brand). I will be back to this place if I just want to destress. Thank you RestEasy team.

The place is very accessible, and the free parking was a big factor in why we booked. The condo itself has a small convenience store, which was very convenient. The place is nice, peaceful, and quiet. The unit is well-equipped with complete amenities. Even though we didn’t get to use the shared amenities during our stay, it was nice knowing they were included in what we paid for—we just didn’t have enough time, maybe next time. The host and Ms. Judy were very responsive and helpful. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Everything we need is in there, from a flat iron, toothpaste, nice fresh bed sheets, shampoo, and soap, cotton, and ear buds. hair dryer, etc. Quick response to my messages.

I had a convenient and comfortable two-night stay. The place was very close to our graduation venue PICC and to MOA. Check-in was smooth, room was clean and admin was quick to respond. Minor suggestions include providing room slippers, adding an inside lock, and fixing the bathroom doorknob. Overall, the experience was excellent and would recommend the place.

What a gem this apartment was! I feel so lucky to have found it, it was the perfect base to explore Manila, getting taxis to/from there was extremely easy, and it felt super secure. The staff is very polite, the owners are very responsive, and everything felt new and high quality. Would definitely recommend for both a short or a longer stay. Thank you!!

• Very nicely decorated • Very clean and well kept • Great view from balcony and roof top • Friendly and responsive staff • Walkable to several attractions if you are okay with hills • Quite and comfortable • Built in water filter which saves buying bottled water • Traffic getting to and from property can be bad so recommend allowing extra time

The housekeeper Gemma is so kind she is waiting for my arrival and she communicate me throughout my journey and she giving me instructions how to use the shower and the tap water it’s safe to walk outside and convenient for looking for restaurants, body massage and manicure and pedicure. I definitely to stay again. I was in bed and my friend and I heard the fire alarm and we straight run down to the exit door and went to the lobby and we ask the security guards of what’s happening and it said it’s a smoke alarm somebody cook food. I was nervous and panic and no one went upstairs to checked and inspected to let us know if it is clear.
