Overnight parking rate is additional 250 pesos if you leave your car from 10pm to 8am. This shall be scheduled at the guest's preferred time in advance. Our staff may be required to travel from a distant condo location and will need to be scheduled beforehand. For cleanings outside of schedules or upon guest's request, we charge a standard fee of 1200 PHP for a 2-hour cleaning that also includes changing of sheets and towels.
