➤ Check IN Guidelines — Check In: from 3:00 PM onwards – free until 9PM, past that time would include an additional 500 PHP fee — Check Out: No later than 12 noon The condo admin office had recently released a memorandum requiring all guests/visitors to be assisted by a representative (such as a housekeeper) per unit upon arrival/check in. Our housekeepers are scheduled to work only until 6 PM — we can alter their work hours to be until 9 PM. However, if you would be arriving past that time, our housekeepers may still assist you for an additional late check in fee of 500 PHP. This would cover the cost of their meal and the taxi ride home as there is a lack of public transportation at night, resulting in a difficult commute for them. Full payment shall be given directly to our housekeeper, in cash. — We expect only the total number of guests declared on your DIRECT/ONLINE reservation. Hence, set up of linens are based on the number of expected guests staying overnight. Only registered guests approved by the condo admin will be permitted to enter the unit. ✔ For parking during your stay, we may arrange to have a slot reserved for you that would cost 250 PHP a day/overnight with in-and-out privileges for the whole duration of your rent/stay. We would just need for you to provide your car details ahead of arrival for proper coordination with the condo building office and security. ➤ Guidelines During your Stay — Pets are not allowed in our property. — NO SMOKING IN THE UNIT OR ON THE BALCONIES. Following the gov't and condo's regulations, there are designated smoking areas outside the cluster buildings. Anyone caught by the security smoking on the balconies will be in violation of the condo rules and is subject to a hefty fine. — Practice courtesy and respect. Keep music/audio/chattering to a moderate level that will not bother the neighbors. It is imperative to keep in mind to maintain music/movies/chattering to a reasonable level that will not bother the neighbors or other residents. — We provide free cleaning and change of linens every 5 days for long staying guests. Please let us know of your preferred time in advance. Our on-call housekeeper will prepare and be required to travel from a distant location. For cleaning (no linens replacement) on request, we charge a standard fee of 300 for a regular 1-hour service. 500 for 2 hours. — Conserve energy and resources. Make sure to turn off all electrical appliances when leaving the unit and before checking out. Also, please do not leave the water running from shower nor faucet. ✔ Cooking is limited in the condo for short-stays of less than 5 days. To keep our home ultimately sparkling, odor-free and pest free each time, we discourage heavy cooking. Light cooking using the existing appliances mentioned are available for use. You may also order online and have your foods delivered to the condo. ✔ Additional Cooking wares and appliances may be provided for upon request for a fixed fee that's based on the length of your stay: — For 4 nights / 100.00 PHP per day — For 5 nights up or 1 week / 500.00 PHP Total — For more than 2 weeks up until 1 month / 1,000.00 PHP Total Additional cooking includes an induction stove with a compatible frying pan and medium-sized pot. Please note that all guests can still use the existing appliances (electric kettle, toaster, microwave, rice cooker) for light cooking. All appliances must stay inside the unit at all times during your entire stay. ✔ Basic toiletries are provided such as shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste, roll of toilet paper, and liquid hand soap. They are replenished during our scheduled housekeeping. ✔ We provide free cleaning and change of linens every 5 days for long staying guests. Please let us know of your preferred time in advance. Our housekeeper travels from one location to the next. This will help him/her to prepare and be on time. ✔ Please do not use outside slippers and shoes inside the unit to maintain the floor and carpets clean and stain-free throughout your stay. ✔ We provide rubber house slippers. We clean and disinfect them between stays. They are part of the house. Please do not bring them home or use them outside. You may also bring your own house slippers. ✔ We allow only simple events/celebrations, mainly small groups gathering with food and a few drinks. Binge drinking all night causing loud noise and trouble to the neighborhood can be a ground for eviction. No events. No parties. No binge drinking. We expect guests to be responsible adults. ✔ Sticking of any decorations on the walls and ceilings are strictly prohibited. The paint on the walls tend to come off when tapes are being removed, as well as glue residues are left. ✔ The swimming pool on the second floor is currently free of charge and open to both residents and guests. You would just need to pre-schedule with the concierge at the lobby as to who and when would be at the pool, subject to time slot availability. ✔ Garbage area inside the building on basement 2: Take the lift to B2 level. The garbage area is on the left side. It is not enclosed, but an open space where you can leave your trash. Avoid stocking your trash in the unit especially food waste. It will attract pests and flies. ➤ Check OUT Guidelines — Please turn off all electrical appliances when leaving the unit and before checking out. Also, please do not leave the water running from the shower nor faucet. — Report any item accidentally broken so we can charge accordingly. Any permanent stains/marks left on the linens, hand towels, bath towels, and similar items that render those said items unusable will be considered damage and shall be charged upon check out. — Be responsible. Return complete and in order all board and card games. Please do not wait for us to find out before reporting. Registered guests are allowed to access the pool, on a per schedule basis with the concierge/front desk at the lobby. The swimming pool is open for the following: - TIME: from 8:00 AM until 7:00 PM only - DAYS: from Mondays to Sundays, except during cleaning and maintenance. All guests may access the pool, free of charge. Our unit is allowed to up to 2 guests (1 guest per 10 sqm). Please note that the swimming pools' Cleaning and maintenance is scheduled every 1st and 3rd Monday of each month. To avoid overcrowding, a maximum of only 8 people can swim at a time. Others may need to wait in case they reached that many people. Security and pool attendants will ensure that there would be no over-crowding nor this number will not exceed at any given time.
