The garbage room is located behind the fire exit door β€” this is where guests may throw used trash bags, especially if staying for many nights. Extra trash bags are provided and place in the kitchen cabinets. We had a wonderful stay at Ms. Trice’s Airbnb! The unit was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared with everything we needed. The location was convenient, and the overall ambiance made it feel like a home away from home. Ms. Trice was also very accommodating and responsive throughout our stay. Highly recommende, we would definitely book again!

This will definitely be our go-to place every time we come home to the Philippines. We’ve stayed at many condos/Airbnbs in Manila, and what really stood out here was how pleasant everyone was, from the guards to the building staff. I know that’s beyond the host’s control, but it truly makes a difference in the overall experience. The unit itself was spacious enough for our family and all our luggage, with a lovely view to top it off. The host was responsive, and we appreciated the mid-week cleaning. The location is incredibly convenient!! Just a 5-minute walk to SM, plus plenty of food options, a spa, nail salons, a bakery, and even laundry services right outside the building. Everything you could possibly need is within reach. For future stays, it would be great to have a flat iron, as well as a vacuum and mop. Overall, great amenities and excellent value for money. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back!

We always enjoy staying at Grass Residences. However, this 3BR/2Ba residence was perfect for our needs. It’s always difficult to book a good 3BR/2Ba residence but this is one residence on my top 3 residence to rebook. Thanks Trice!

Recommendations: - Install a wall-mounted TV in the master bedroom (for the one who booked), as 5–6 people can’t comfortably fit on the living room sofa to watch TV. Most guests also prefer having a TV in the bedroom. - Setup outdoor table and chairs on the balcony to chill since the view there is more open and unobstructed.
