✦ GUEST REQUIREMENTS BEFORE ARRIVAL ✦ 🪪 Valid government-issued IDs of each staying guest need to be sent atleast a few days before check in. Only valid government IDs are accepted by the condo admin office, such as passports, driver's license, PRC, Tin ID, SSS, UMID, PhilHealth, NBI/police clearance, and the like. * For young adults without government IDs, you may provide a University or School ID. * For foreign nationals, the ID required is a passport. * For children without government-issued IDs or school IDs, you may provide their birth certificate. These are required by the condo admin for us to process the Guest Authorization needed for your stay. You may block off any sensitive information before sending them :) 👥‼️ GUEST CAPACITY : 6 PERSONS MAXIMUM The maximum we are allowed to have registered as guests of our unit is up to 6 persons total (including Adults and Children), as per the guidelines of the condo admin. We also implement a No Visitor policy. Hence, we expect only the total number of guests declared on the reservation / up to 6 persons only. With this, only 6 registered guests are allowed to have access to the unit during the entire stay. • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • ◆ AMENITIES ACCESS ◆ 🩱 Swimming Pools, Gyms, etc. There are 4 swimming pools, including 2 Adult-sized pools and 2 kiddie pools, that are accessible for guests and residents in Towers 1, 2, 3. The olympic sized pool is the middle of the complex is only accessible for residents and registered long-term tenants, so guests are not allowed to access this. There is also an indoor gym (in the clubhouse building) that has an assortment of gym equipments and machines. ⏱️ Operational Hours — Open daily from 6AM - 10PM — ALL amenities can be closed at any given time for maintenance / repairs /cleaning purposes. Public health and safety come first. 📏 Pre-Registration & Payment Process Only registered guests can access the condo complex's amenities, including the indoor gym, outdoor swimming pools, etc. There is also a pre-registration and payment process to be done before accessing. 💵 Guest Amenity Access Fee It costs ₱150 per person per amenity per day 💼 Where : Condo Billing Office Pre-registrations and payments are to be processed directly at the Condo Billing Office during work hours only. This is located in the Clubhouse building, ground level (go down 1 flight of stairs). Guards and staff can guide you. • OPEN : Mondays-Fridays 9AM-6PM • OPEN : Saturdays 9AM - 1PM only • CLOSED : Sundays & Holidays If guests plan to swim on holidays or when the office is closed, please pre-register and pay in advance. Please inform me in advance if you have plans to swim. Once processed, the approved amenity forms / fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. It also cannot be transferred or modified in any way. ◆ PAY-PARKING OPTIONS ◆ Option 1 : 🚗 Pay-Parking Inside Condo Complex Pay-parking is available within the condo complex. As similar to other pay-parkings, spaces are limited and they are on a first-come-first-served basis. Waiting time may range for several hours, especially during holidays and at night. Pay-Parking Rates : For 4-wheel vehicles : ₱60 for the first 2 hours, then ₱20 for every hour after For motorcycles : ₱45 for every 24 hours Upon parking, pay-parking attendants will provide a physical ticket — please keep it safe, as it will be needed when settling payment each time you leave a parking space. Payment is accepted only in cash (Philippine Peso). Option 2 : 🚗 Pay-Parking In SM North EDSA Mall Alternative pay parking is at SM North EDSA Mall. Please consider the waiting time. Malls are jam-packed with people on weekends. Walk from the Mall parking to the condo may take up to 15 minutes. There's an exclusive bridge-way for residents coming to and from SM North EDSA Mall. We encourage you to drop off any heavy belongings at the building lobby first, in case you opt to park there. SM North EDSA Mall's Pay-Parking fee is fixed at ₱50. If parking overnight, there is an additional ₱350 overnight fee on top of the fixed fee. ✦ STANDARD CHECK IN & CHECK OUT ✦ ➔ Check IN: from 3:00 PM onwards ➔ Check OUT: until 12:00 PM the latest ✶ Lobby as Waiting Area — If you arrive before 3:00 PM / need extra time before check-in or after check-out, registered guests are welcome to wait and stay in the ground-floor lobby, which is air-conditioned and has comfortable seating and a restroom. ✶ No Luggage Drop-Off / Storage — Please note that luggage storage is not available. As we are in a residential condominium, not a hotel, security/front desk staff cannot take responsibility for guest belongings. — Guests are responsible for their own luggage at all times. ✶ Early Check In Requests : — Guests may request early check-in in advance for an additional fee. — Early check-in is subject to prior arrangement and availability. ✶ No Late Check-Out Requests — I'm afraid we do not accept late check-out requests. But guests are free to stay at the ground floor lobby ✶ Tips for Flexibility: — If you need to check in before 3:00PM, we suggest booking the night before your arrival. You may use this as a way to check in early. — If you need to check out past 12:00PM, we suggest booking the night after your departure. Overcrowding may result in damages to the unit and a hefty penalty imposed by the condo admin due to disturbance to the neighbors. We are committed to abiding by the rules. • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • ◆ MID-STAY CLEANING ◆ For stays of 5-nights or longer : — We provide free cleaning with complimentary change of linens, sheets, and towels for guests staying 5 nights or longer. — Cleaning must be scheduled in advance at a day and time agreed with the guest, depending on our housekeeper’s availability For stays of less than 5 nights : — Cleaning and set up for the unit shall be done prior to arrival and after departure. There would be no cleaning during the stay For Cleaning Requests : — Guests may request for additional cleaning with change of linens, sheets, and towels during their stay, as long as our housekeeper is available. We charge a standard fee of ₱1,200 for each cleaning. • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • 🚫🐶 NO PETS POLICY Pets are not allowed in our unit as well as in any areas in the condominium, as per the guidelines of the condo admin. • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • 🚫💨 NO SMOKING & VAPING Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the unit, on the balcony, or any indoor and outdoor areas of the condo complex. Following the government's and condominium's regulations, there are designated outdoor smoking areas at Gates 2 and 3 (behind the clubhouse building). Anyone caught by the security or condo staff smoking/vaping will be in-violation of the condo rules and is subject to a hefty fine. • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • 🚫📣 NO LOUD NOISES / LARGE PARTIES As our unit is located in a residential condominium, we kindly but strictly ask guests to keep music, TV volume, and conversations/voices at a reasonable level at all times so as not to disturb neighbors, residents, or other guests.
