Same number scheme as Metro Manila. — Observe existing city laws: No littering, no smoking, vehicle number coding within the prescribed perimeter. BEFORE ARRIVAL: — As part of the condo's requirements, please send each guest’s government-issued IDs at least 2 days before arrival. (We will send instructions and assist you with any questions)

Other Details to Note

We have been getting comments about the location of this condo. Hence, we would like to make sure we set guest's expectations right beforehand. Condo location is not near downtown baguio, not walkable, unless you are a runner and went here to do just that. There are plenty of people in this area who run in the morning for exercise or train for marathon and other sports competition. Downtown (Session road, Baguio church, SM mall, Burnham) is about 10-15 minutes away depending on the traffic situation. During long weekends, holidays and whenever there are big events, Baguio locals stay at home due to the expected traffic brought by visitors and tourists. Currently, road traffic is one of the challenges of the local government. But who goes to Baguio for the hustle and bustle? I guess none. Most tourists in Baguio go here for nature, to escape the busy-ness of life in the city, to celebrate important moments and milestone in our relationships, ultimately to relax! That being said, expect cooler fresher air in this part of Baguio, lesser vehicle noise and pollution. You will feel closer to nature overlooking pine trees, without shortage of places to eat and visit + new cafes — you will find almost the serenity so get that quick getaway you so deserved! And with our condo designed to embody the tradition and locality of this heavenly place, you are sure to feel belonged and at home. Or are you feeling more adventurous? Road trip is the way to go! Drive, stop, eat, take photos... enjoy the joyride and scenery left and right! Kennon road is the way to go! Hiking is an option too. Discover many places only local tribes know about. Or get a tribe-inspired tattoo to bring out that warrior in you! Thinking of going further north? We follow Baguio City regulations, airbnb, and the building management's protocol for short term rentals. We do our part in protecting you, we expect your cooperation too. Because we are committed to the safety of our guests and the community, we perform this heightened cleaning: ✔ Use of pinesol 99.9 percent virus and bacteria killer on surfaces, knobs, walls, floors and other high touch areas. Extra disinfection process for high touch surfaces is done after the cleaning using surface disinfecting wipes and alcohol ✔ Use of higher grade solution and bleach to clean the bathroom and dry all surfaces afterward ✔ We have always provided and continue to provide only freshly washed sheets that were machine tumble dried in high temperature ✔ In-unit refillable alcohol dispenser in place plus a little extra for personal care & hygiene use and first aid kit ✔ To keep the floors cleaned throughout your stay, we will provide a washable rubber slippers that will be washed and disinfected between stays. Do not bring the dirt inside. Do not use outside shoes and slippers inside the unit. ✔ All dishes and utensils, whether used or not, will be re-washed. No exemptions. ✔ Repeat disinfection of high touch areas using alcohol after the cleaning. Unit will be guaranteed sealed and closed until the next guests. ✔ Cleaning + disinfection will take longer than before. Hence, check in time has been adjusted to 3 PM instead of 2 PM.

Check in is any time after 3:00 p.m. Check out is no later than 12 noon ✔️ No Visitors Allowed: For the safety of everyone, especially during the pandemic, only registered guests are allowed in the condo. Security will not permit any other persons to enter the building. Visitors can be entertained in the reception area near the entrance gates, but only if they are accompanied by registered guests. Airbnb hosts in the complex must follow these guidelines. ✔️ Free Dedicated Parking: A free dedicated parking space is available for our guests in the basement of the adjacent Southbelle building. This space is reserved for your entire stay but cannot be used beyond your stay period. ✔️ NO SMOKING. ENTIRE COMPLEX IS A NO-SMOKING ZONE. ✔️ Pets are not allowed in our property. ✔️ Practice Courtesy and Respect: Please keep music, movies, and conversations at a reasonable volume to avoid disturbing neighbors and other residents. ✔️ Indoor Slippers Only: Please do not wear outside slippers or shoes inside the unit. Rubber slippers are provided for indoor use to keep the floors and carpets clean. These slippers are thoroughly washed after each stay and are reusable. You are welcome to bring your own slippers if you prefer. (Please do not take the provided slippers with you when you leave.) ✔️ Cooking Guidelines: Cooking wares and appliances are provided. Please avoid cooking very smelly foods (e.g., dried fish) as the unit does not have a range hood, and odors can linger. Additionally, please clean any oil splatter and mess after cooking to avoid attracting pests. ✔️ Basic Toiletries Provided: We provide basic toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste, rolls of toilet paper, and liquid hand soap. These items are replenished during our scheduled housekeeping. ✔️ Free Cleaning and Linen Change: For guests staying longer than 4 days, we provide free cleaning and a change of linens every 4 days. Please let us know your preferred time in advance, as our housekeeper travels from a distant location. This will help them prepare and arrive on time ✔️ Conserve Energy and Resources: Please turn off all electrical appliances when leaving the unit and before checking out. Do not leave water running from the shower or faucet. For safety, do not leave heating appliances on when leaving the unit. Unplug them when not in use. ✔️ Report and Settle Damages: Please report any items accidentally broken and settle accordingly. Permanent stains or marks on linens, hand towels, bath towels, and similar items that render them unusable will be considered damage. These will be charged upon check-out or claimed via the booking site. ✔️ Be Responsible: Please ensure all items inside the unit are returned complete and in order. ✔️ Proper Garbage Disposal: The main garbage area is located beside the entrance gates. For your convenience, there are bins located on the Lower Ground Floor of every building, beside the elevators. Please avoid stocking trash, especially food waste, in the unit as it can attract pests and flies. ✔️ Check-Out Procedure: Please inform your host when you have checked out. Close the door and put the key back in the lockbox. We will send our housekeeper to the unit once we receive notice of your check-out. ✔️ Your Reviews Help Us: We’d love to hear from you and highly encourage any suggestions, comments, or feedback. Besides staying at our condo unit, all amenities are shared and accessible to both residents and guests! — We offer FREE reserved parking within the same building in Bristle Ridge Condominium complex. — A mini playground that right outside our building is perfect for little kids to enjoy the sun and fresh air! — A large reception area on the ground floor of Oakhill building (first building on the left as you enter the condo complex) with common restrooms and a spacious Cafe filled with warm, comforting coffee and delicious snacks — A fitness/wellness gym is subject to availability and guest access fee. Kindly visit the concierge or front desk for instructions on how to sign up. — The main garbage area is conveniently located beside the entrance gates, with additional bins on the Lower Ground Floor of every building, next to the elevators.

Everything that you need and more. Free filtered water and hot water everywhere. It got a bit hot at night even w great big ceiling fan though. Summer bookings may need a separate stand fan. Big clean fridge and balcony with a view.

Rose’s unit is such a great deal. The entire condominium complex is quiet, and not much people/cars despite us being there on a summer weekend. The amenities in the unit are so thoughtfully provided - we appreciated the little details that other hosts would not have thought of. It was also squeaky clean and comfortable. Would 100% book this place over and over for our Baguio visits.

Find us

✔️ Taxis pass by the road outside the condo. Grab taxis are also everywhere in Baguio. You can book a ride. ✔️ You can also catch jeepney rides at Pacdal Circle. That's just a 5-minute walk down from the Bristle Ridge condo complex. Though this option is not ideal when there's a high chance of rain! When returning to the condo by taxi: A better way to instruct the taxi is to tell the driver to take you to Pacdal Circle. From there, drive up to Ambuklao Road. After about 500 meters (1-2 minutes), Bristle Ridge condo is found on the left.
