➤ Check IN Guidelines — Check In: from 3:00 PM onwards — Check Out: No later than 12 noon ➤ Guidelines During your Stay — We expect only the total number of guests declared on your DIRECT/ONLINE reservation. Hence, set up of linens are based on the number of expected guests staying overnight. Only registered guests approved by the condo admin will be permitted to enter the unit. — Pets are not allowed in our property. — NO SMOKING IN THE UNIT AND IN COMMON AREAS INSIDE THE CONDO. Anyone caught by the security smoking will be in violation of the condo rules and is subject to a hefty fine. — Practice courtesy and respect. Keep music/audio/chattering to a moderate level that will not bother the neighbors. It is imperative to keep in mind to maintain music/movies/chattering to a reasonable level that will not bother the neighbors or other residents. — We provide free cleaning and change of linens every 5 days for long staying guests. Please let us know of your preferred time in advance. Our on-call housekeeper will prepare and be required to travel from a distant location. — Conserve energy and resources. Make sure to turn off all electrical appliances when leaving the unit and before checking out. Also, please do not leave the water running from shower nor faucet. ✔ We allow cooking in the interim. We work hard to keep the unit pest and odor-free. When you cook, please wash and clean the surfaces, dishes and oil splatter immediately to avoid attracting roaches, flies and ants. We also provide a wrap around foil to contain the oil splatter while cooking. Food delivery is also available via Grab or Foodpanda. ✔ Basic toiletries are provided such as shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste, roll of toilet paper, and liquid hand soap. They are replenished during our scheduled housekeeping. ✔ We provide free cleaning and change of linens every 5 days for long staying guests. Please let us know of your preferred time in advance. Our housekeeper travels from one location to the next. This will help him/her to prepare and be on time. ✔ Please do not use outside slippers and shoes inside the unit to maintain the floor and carpets clean and stain-free throughout your stay. ✔ We provide rubber house slippers. We clean and disinfect them between stays. They are part of the house. Please do not bring them home or use them outside. You may also bring your own house slippers. ✔ Sticking of any decorations on the walls and ceilings are strictly prohibited. The paint on the walls tend to come off when tapes are being removed, as well as glue residues are left. ✔ Garbage area is on the same hallway, just beside the fire exit. Avoid stocking your trash in the unit especially food waste. It will attract pests and flies. ✔ The swimming pool is open from 7am until 9pm, but limited to up to 50 people at once. Swimming Pool Access is FREE for 2 pax. Advance sign up is needed at the concierge at the main hall or clubhouse. Pool maintenance closure is on Mondays. Other complex amenities include: Hair and nail salon, basketball court, yoga deck in the clubhouse, kid's playground. ➤ Check OUT Guidelines — Please turn off all electrical appliances when leaving the unit and before checking out. Also, please do not leave the water running from the shower nor faucet. — Report any item accidentally broken so we can charge accordingly. Any permanent stains/marks left on the linens, hand towels, bath towels, and similar items that render those said items unusable will be considered damage and shall be charged upon check out. — Be responsible. Return complete and in order all board and card games. Please do not wait for us to find out before reporting. This applies to everything inside our home. — Please inform your host when you check out. You may leave the key on the table and close the door, but not locked. We will send our on-call housekeeper to the unit upon getting notice of your check out. If you plan to check earlier than 12 noon, let us know in advance. Our housekeeper travels from a distant location. This will help him/her to prepare and be on time. — We’d love to hear from you and highly encourage any suggestion, comments or feedback. ✵ AMENITIES ACCESS ✵ Our guests will have access to some of the condo amenities. Yet, there are amenities only accessible to residents. ✵ SWIMMING POOLS Swimming Pools are open from 7am to 9pm. These include a Lap Pool and Kiddie Pool. FREE Swimming Pool access for 2 pax. Pre-sign up before access is directly done with the concierge at the Clubhouse during office hours from 9AM to 5PM. Please be sure to sign up in advance if you will access the pool during the office's closed hours. The clubhouse is the 2-storey building beside the basketball court, located in the middle of the complex. ✵ OUTDOOR KIDS' PLAYGROUND Guests and residents are free to access the outdoor playground, located next to the large yard, pool area, clubhouse, and more. ✵ OUTDOOR SPORTS COURT Guests are free to use the outdoor sports court, located just beside the main clubhouse, located in the middle of the complex Basketball is free, access needs to be scheduled with the Concierge in the clubhouse before use ✵ HAIR & NAIL SALON Located on the 2nd floor of the clubhouse. Open hours may vary. ✵ LAUNDRY SHOP / SELF OR FULL SERVICED An on-site laundry shop that offers self and full-serviced laundry is located on Level P1, within the same building as our condo. They also offer pick up and delivery services straight to the condo unit. Open daily from 9AM - 10PM. ✵ 24/7 CONVENIENCE STORE A small convenience store with a variety of snacks, chips, sweets, drinks, ice, sometimes fresh produce, etc. is located on Level P1 (near laundry shop) and is open 24/7. The indoor Gym is exclusive to residents and long term tenants only. There's Any time fitness gym at Ever Gotesco Mall if you need to work out from time to time. Day use and monthly access are offered.
